SPA are main sponsors of SFHA's Development Conference
We are delighted to announce that we are main sponsors of SFHA’s Development Conference. The conference is being held in person on the 15th March at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh.
SFHA’s Development Conference comes as the Scottish Government’s next Affordable Housing Supply Programme is about to get underway. Underpinned by a commitment to provide 110k additional affordable homes by 2032, this will see the delivery of homes to new net zero standards, and through modern methods of construction.
At SPA we are committed to providing intelligent procurement solutions for development projects across the country from large scale offsite construction projects to small scale Passivhaus standard projects. Our frameworks supported the delivery of over 10% of the Scottish Government’s 35,000 affordable homes by 2021 target and continue to support further projects.
SPA Technical Support Manager, Graham Collie, will be delivering a workshop at the event and the SPA Team will be available throughout the conference to discuss how we can support your organisation reach Scottish Government’s targets for housing.
